Job description:
1.Responsible for perfect the sale network in China. Establish a high performance sales team.
2.Responsible for planning, organizing, and driving managing all activities and achieves the sales target defined by GM.
3.Maintain close relationships with the key project/customers with high potential to develop new business.
4.Identifies and recommends the short, medium and long term business strategies.

Requirement:
1.University degree in Engineering, more than 10 years working experience , Male.
2.High degree of sales leadership ability and prior experience in similar industry. Min. 3 years experience in having managed leading a sales team, good at training and motivation subordinate.
3.Self motivated. Rich experience in coal mining, power plant project is preferred.
4.Fluent English
