Position Specification:
Be responsible for inventory accounting; inventory control; product cost; works billing and margin analysis; month-end closing and accounts analysis.

Basic Accountabilities:
? Check and update SO/WO status for inventory transaction posting;
? Match Cost of Works Billing with order details and review billing summary;
? Run BOM and prepare quotation for AMT / Spare parts sales;
? Analyze manufacturing variance including JOCA and prepare adjustment if required;
? Update standard cost and Purchase Price in Manufacturing System;
? Track and analyze product cost evolution for standard product model;
? Review scrapped materials and observe actual disposal process;
? Review Excess Material Request and charge to appropriate accounts;
? Participate in inventory aging analysis and quarterly E&O provision analysis;
? Participate in cycle count and support annual physical count;
? Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Manufacturing System and prepare journal entry for smooth month-end and year-end closing;
? Prepare accounts reconciliation and timely follow up variance if any.

? Closing cycle time and job quality;
? Timeliness and quality of account reconciliation

Qualification Requirement:
? Education: Bachelor degree, major in Accountancy;
? Experience: Over 2 years costing experience in manufacturing environment;
? Computer Skills: Familiar with MS-Office / ERP (JDE preferred) system;
? Other Key Competencies: Strong responsibility, flexible thinking, team work, interpersonal relationship skill, integrity, discipline.
