Position Specification:
1. Install, adjust, mend, and maintain the equipments .
2. Keep all the equipments and electronic devices running in normal condition.
3. Support and take part in the One-piece flow, ACE and EH&S projects.

Basic Accountabilities:
1. Finish working plan and tasks at high level of both quality and quantity.
2. Supervise, inspect and promote executing laws, standards, and disciplines of country.
3. Report the equipments condition and work progress to Equipment Dep. supervisor
4. Finish maintenance planning on time
5. Execute the daily repair for the equipments.
6. Organize giving out and taking back of all kinds of TPM forms to make sure the data accuracy to section.
7. Assure all the safety devices on the equipments in good condition.
8. Take charge of 5S of working field.

Key Measurements:
1. No personal safety accident.
2. No error of forms provided
3. 100%。Diagnoses rate.
4. 100% completion of maintenance planning
5. No major accident of equipment
6. No accident of major equipment

Principle Working Relations:
Workshop, Inspection, IE, Power, Tools, Export, Finance, Quality, EH&S

Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: College degree
2. Experience: At least 4-5 years experience related to equipment maintenance
3. Other Key Competencies: Master 1 type of work skill, with some management ability
