Job description
Work out regional strategy and action plan and be responsible for implementation
Maintain and develop relationship with key stakeholders.
Formulate key messages to shape better environment for business growth.
Communicate with key stakeholders to influence policy as well as solve any urgent business issues or even crisis.
Based in Tianjin, the job holder is responsible to build up and maintain the relationship with key stakeholders in Tianjin, including Tianjin Municipal government officials, Tianjin High-tech zone management team and related government organizations, work out solid communication plan and implement the communication plan.
Position as reliable partners to regional authorities through branding activities and express standing point and recommendation on key issues.
Represent to attend meetings and keep management well informed of the key content.
Work cross functionally to facilitate business in China.
Other duties as required by senior management team.


Qualifications
High-level integrity and outstanding morality
Confident and composed
Great knowledge on China’s policy formulation process and business operational environment
Knowledge on biotechnology is an advantage
Strong interpersonal communications skills.
Strategic mindset and analytical thinking
Purposeful writing skills
A minimal 8-year related experience on related area. Working experience with government Org, research institute, university or association is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical, chemical engineering, biotechnology or other related majors.
