职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain and improve the quality control system per ISO requirement and industry standard.
- Organize, facilitate and succeed in ISO9001/TS16949 qualification audit.
- Ensure effective QC for products/spare parts to be sent to customers.
- Establish material quality control system, monitor, control, audit and improve the performance of suppliers.
- Initiate and conduct periodic internal audits, and push the implementation of CAs according to audit result.
- Organize, facilitate and conduct external audits, and push the implementation of CAs according to audit result.
- Handle and manage internal Nonconforming, and manage customer complaint handling
- Identify, propose and lead continual improvements of KPIs.
- Act as local quality management representative, if so defined.
- Other tasks to be assigned by General manager.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in a suitable Machinery industry.
- 5~10 years experience in a quality management position.
- Above 2 years team management experience
- Familiar with quality system and certificating.
- Experience in ISO9001/TS16949 certificating is preferred.
- Detailed Knowledge of and experience with quality control standards and tools.
- Problem solving skills.
- Audit skills, coaching skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good skills in oral and written English.
