职位描述
Integration of Knowledge of the business, ie competitive, financial, technological, human resource and legal and administrative business principles, policy and procedures, with balanced short, medium and long term planning, to arrive at sound business decisions. The ability to focus current activities on what is critical to achieving strategic objectives, eliminate non value adding activities. Taking responsibility for connecting self interest to the business interest
Ability to apply marketing tools and information for tactical analysis and research; assert your skills to be able to diagnose and understand the fluctuations and rapid changes in the business environment.
Understand and manage Margin, Inventory, Cash, Credit Control, and Capital Velocity. The ability to acquire information and set prices for specific products and customers/suppliers
Understand all aspects of the local business, and link to strategic directions, Ability to realistically direct forecast performance and set budgets, forward plan and deliver successful capital submissions, reflected in individual goals and incentives.
A critical skills in managing the profitability of business using commercial and economic skills, knowledge of processes and product performance, capability of organization skills to deliver consumers’ expectation. Sound knowledge of financial tools and terms to be able to understand the hotspot for margin return.
Alignment with, and ability to manage our business’s contribution to full value chain and collaborate with other businesses in region
Understand key markets, the businesses therein, processes, products, customer profitability and issues and social and economic issues and the key drivers in those markets. Ability to form positive, sustainable relationships with customers, community, key influencers, and competitors (where win-win outcomes are possible); and also ensure security and integrity of supply. Actively networking with key contacts and industry groups; and interacting with and influencing Government agencies and Banks.
Understand product types and relative performance. Know roll forming processes.

The ability to engage all in improving organisational and individual performance by articulating vision & mission, to set and achieving goals which contribute to organizational effectiveness, and to promote confidence, success and achievement in the workforce.
