职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
Place and monitor the purchase order situation together ; take the proper order adjustment action　with the coordination with concerning function team , for example delay, cancel, switch sourcing site, and etc
Involve in supplier assessment and development and may visit the facilities of raw materials vendors in the interest of assuring the continued quality of materials, and contract compliance.
Participates in the cost control of major purchases of materials, equipment, supplies and services internal and external. Also maintains efficient spare parts catalogue, warehouse inventory and audits the systems.　
Participates in the development and organization of purchasing policies and objectives as they relate to the company operating goals.
Keeps abreast of new developments in procurement procedures and practices, as well as new sources of supply for 　　 materials, tools, and equipment.
Develop proper volume purchases to balance price, delivery advantages and inventory management.
Responsible for their personal safety and the safety of the purchasing and warehouse teams Performs reasonably similar or related duties
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
?Ability to develop and manage contracts and relationships with vendors Inventory management knowledge
The ideal Candidate must be able to read, write and verbal communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
?Good at written and oral communication, coupled with strong computer and networking skills
?Ethical responsibility is a must
?Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent time management skills
?Maintains professional behavior under all circumstances
?Demonstrate initiative by going beyond job requirements and pursuing goals
?Microsoft software knowledge and SAP or similar system knowledge
