职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1.Ensures, daily, the safety of all operations personnel through; Encouraging employees to work safely with environmental awareness and good manufacturing practices in mind. Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Recommendations for improvements to company facilities, equipment and safety programs. Leading by example. Possessing an “Accidents Are Preventable” attitude.
2.Coordinates operation of the production area to insure adherence to established product, environmental, safety and housekeeping quality guidelines set by the company.
3.Interacts directly with Shift Supervisors to produce desired operational results and employee development.
4.Supervises the activities of the production area Day Leads and Operator(s).
5.Participates in open communication through; Communicating concerns for safety, environmental, health, and product quality to employees. Listening and responding to employee suggestions and concerns. Keeping plant management informed of all matters affecting the operation of the production area, morale and safety of employees. Interacting with peers and Shift Supervisors in other production areas to provide operational stability. Attending various meetings (i.e. area, safety and Supervisor). Providing positive reinforcement when employees are observed producing safe performance and good results.
6.Continually fine-tuning and optimizing the process, to improve efficiency and safety in the production area.
7.Facilitates troubleshooting efforts and addresses production limiting factors.
8.Serves as a primary contact for operational, production and maintenance planning, giving guidance as to the priorities.
9.Conducts daily review of paperwork (i.e. operational　Shift Supervisor roundsheets, quality reports and Production Review).
10.Develops and distributes the evening and weekend production area operational notes.　
11.Serves as a primary operational reliability contact.
12.Advances O.I.T. training through; Participating in the enhancement of the O.I.T. program. Identifying and discussing training needs with Department Superintendent. Developing additional training plans. Working with employees, enrolled in the program, to develop a higher level of job proficiency.
13.Coordinates and directs the area preparation, striving for continued Superior ratings, during the GMP compliance audits and for the numerous tours that frequent our facility.　
14.Available as an area operational on-call resource for resolution of any production and/or quality issues that may arise during the evening and/or weekend.
15.Supports the traffic department in the loadout areas related to the assigned area of responsibility.
16.Shares in the coordination of weekly maintenance and down day planning for the production area.
17.Leads in the development of area optimization projects through; MOC generating AFE generating Issuing of Work Requests Walking down and punchlist development of projects and jobs. Following through on projects or jobs until completed.
18.Active in production area employee selection (i.e. interviewing and hiring) and the orientation of new employees.
19.Participates in their self-development to position for future personal growth.
20.Serves as vendor, supplier, and consultant contact for the assigned production area.

职位要求(Job Requirements)：
EDUCATION OR TRAINING PREFFERRED: bachelor degree in food science　engineering,　Bioengineering, and the related special field. The enough Safety knowledge on plant management.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 　　　　
More than 5 years experience in food process area.　Fluidic　food　operational　experience and Hight Fructose Corn Syrupy operation experience is a plus.　　
Foreign food company’s experience is required. Experience on supervisor or above is required.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: 　　　　
Read and write　:　fluent DESIRED
QUALITIES: Demonstrated ability to produce results, strong people skills, the attitude that accidents are preventable, strong knowledge of overall plant operations, independence, operations supervision experience, demonstrated leadership ability, self-motivated, action oriented.
