职位描述
Areas of Responsibilities and Key Tasks
Reporting to Business Intelligence manager, your main responsibility will be to translate business needs into
Efficient & reliable reporting solutions. Your strong SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) and MS Excel knowledge combined with a good understanding of business processes will support the organization in building a robust performance system supporting all Product lines & factories.
50% of your time will be dedicated to classical BI/BW consultant tasks while the other 50% will be dedicated to providing direct support to the Finance team as BW super-user (more details under typical responsibilities section)
Success Criterias
1.Create BW queries & reports supporting business needs in your functional area (Sales, Finance)
2.Develop reports securing BW Data quality/consistency allowing proactive corrective actions to be implemented (coordinated with master data owners)
3.Support the Group BI transformation Project by performing functional tests on newly developed data cubes.
4.Actively support End-users during the migration to the new BW platform (be a reference point across ).
5.Organize & Maintain the CC BW folder reports (ensure published reports are active)
6.Maintain & update dedicated Excel tools developed by the Business analytics specialist
7.Deliver all Core & Clear KPIs which can be directly delivered through BW.
8.Extract & format data from BW to Excel based on Finance team ad-hoc requests
9.Combine & Map data coming from various sources (BW, Excel, and HFM) to specific C4 format (custom tool) based on clear specifications.
10.Run & upload all C4 Finance reports in the relevant MS SharePoint(s).
Minimum Requirements to Education Background and Work Experience
Bachelor degree with good understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales)
Very comfortable with information systems:
Mandatory - SAP Business Warehouse (BW 3.5/7.0)
SAP experience in minimum two SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM …)
Ideally Query tools (SAP Adhoc Queries), databases knowledge, web reports development
Good Excel knowledge (VBA skills appreciated)
Fluent English, written and spoken (Toeic 850)
Working Experience:
2-5 years on SAP (min 2 modules) + SAP BW
Could be controller, Sales analyst …
