Core tasks
Short description: Establish, maintain and monitor EHS system in company to meet the legal, regulation and company requirement.

Responsibility
- Personnel Responsibility: Identify EHS legal and regulations related with company operation, set up management and monitor method, perform routine monitor to ensure the activity meet requirement to reach the EHS target. Communicate with external government agency on the EHS issue reporting.

SAFETY / ENVIRONMENT
-Manage the ISO14001 system establishment and maintenance.
-Establish and maintain safety and health system edit the related document and provide training to employee.
-Responsible for establishing and compliance to standards, having to do with air, water, land conservation which are of joint concern to the company and the public.
-Follow up the implementation of EHS system to make sure the compliance to legal and regulation and no injure in factory.
-Handle the external communication with government agency, contractor and other third parties.
-Communicate with company cooperate on the EHS issue reporting.

External:
Report the safety status to government per request
Report waste release status to environment protection bureau.
Contact fire bureau if reconstruction in company.

Internal:
Manage the PPE usage in company, select suitable PPE for each operation and provide training to employee, master the routine management on the PPE usage.
Involve manage the special equipment certification.
Involve the management of special work, such as work permit.
Manage the emergency response system implementation.
Makes sure that the products safety and data sheets are available and train to related persons.
Perform daily patrol on 5S, environment and safety activity on shop floor, including formal employee and contractor to make sure the EHS regulation if fully implemented and well followed. Push the corrective action and continuous improvement.
Perform training to staff and operator on the EHS content to build the EHS sense in operation.
Measure and monitor the EHS indicators, eg. TCE content, waste water, waste gas index etc. if meet the regulation.
EHS Accident investigation, analysis, and taking action, reporting to cooperator and follow up the action.
Initiate EHS program in company in order to bring out the continuous improvement on EHS performance

Report to government per request

TRAINING / ANIMATION
-EHS related legal and regulation, monitoring system in company
-ISO14001 system
-Communication skill, audit skill and driving skill.

COMMUNICATION
-Communicate with company internal on the EHS training and coaching.
-Communicate with government agency and company cooperates on EHS issue reporting.

Education and Experience
Education: University degree major in Engineering or equivalent
Professional experience: Min. 3-5 years working experience on EHS function in manufacturing company
Languages: Good command of written and oral English and Mandarin.
Other necessary knowledge: Professional on EHS knowledge; skillful on the IT tools, MS-Office etc.
