Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, Majored in Mechanical Engineering or related
? 6 years + working experience in Heavy machinery industry, Vehicle manufacturing experience is an advantage
? Skills on Microsoft products, and the Engineering software like AutoCAD, ProE etc
? Budgets planning, quality sense
? Projects management experience is a plus
? Be initiative, be able to work under high pressure
? Teamwork player

Job Purpose:
1. plan and implement manufacturing processes . And support the Apollo and S tractor production transition .
2. Lead the pilot production.
3. Lead continuous improvement for the manufacturing processes.

Job Duties:
1. Plan and install new products, processes and manufacturing projects, and prepare all the manufacturing documents needed, like: MBOM, Work instructions, PFMEA; Line/Cell/Module Design proposal, Material handling plans, shipment and packing plan etc.
2. Lead the Pilot builds activities; Implement and verify manufacturing process & facility required.
3. Find opportunity in manufacturing processes improvement, lead and implement continuous improvement activities in production site.
4.Establish & implement production pay plan on basis of corporate philosophy & Policy
