Job Description
1. Establish/update standard preventive maintenance system (e.g. SOP, instruction and PM). And give other staffs training.
2. Deeply analyze failure and finding out machine potential problem and make PM plan, to prepare the spare parts and manpower.
3. Ensure to have right spare parts for PM job and establish the minimum stock standard of spare parts.
Requirements
Good knowledge of PM, spare parts control, and machine parts & tools. Familiar with maintenance management (TPM system).
Good analytical & problem-solving skills
Good communication & coordination skills.
Good English & computer skills
Education Background
Bachelor degree
Working Experience
5 years mechanical maintenance experience
Special Skills
TPM experience
