职位描述
职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1. Conduct internal and external recruiting advertisement in order to attract potential applicant.
2. Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview test in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and smoothly.
3. Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position and inform candidate physical examination.
4. Conduct employee orientation/induction and integration plan so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization.
5. Interpret and administer individual employment contracts so that they are applied in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, and the organization’s employment policies and standards.
6. Design, promote company communication culture so as to ensure positive atmosphere.
7. Responsible for ER case handling so as to ensure smooth employee relationship.
8. Handle separation process correctly and legally.
9. Implement cooperate HR C&B policy and support to design C&B structure.
10. Conduct job evaluation, participate C&B survey and handle C&B budget.
11. Other ad hoc assignments.
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1. At least 5 years experience in recruiting, ER and C&B function
2. Knowledge of recruiting, ER and C&B function, as well as HR functions
3. Working experience with international companies
4. PRC labor law and local law and personnel policy
5. Master C&B structure,be able to create and update C&B policies
6. Be sensitive to C&B data and be able to make data analysis
7. Fluent English both written and spoken
8. PC skill (MS office and system skill preferred)
9. Communication skill and presentation skill are needed
