Typical Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Quality management system implementation and improvement upon TS16949/ ISO14000 standards as well as relevant requirements
Provide professional communication to customer, local authority, QEHS, etc. on customer complaint, product audit, environmental & safety related information.
Manage change control and quality cost, and maintain quality related KPIs.
Manage quality in process and final inspection and ensure the product quality
People management and development
Involve in FMEA, control plan and SOP review.
To support production, communicate raw material quality issues with SQA, and claim the quality cost.

Requirements and Qualifications 任职资格和要求:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing discipline.
Above 8 years working experience and minimum 5-year experience in a similar function or position in Machinery Industry company.
In depth knowledge of statistical techniques and quality improvement tools.
Sound understanding of quality management systems e.g. ISO9000, ISO 14001, TS16949 with the ability to audit all areas of system requirements.
Lead auditor trained.
Computer literacy; familiar with Windows operating systems and office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power-point.
Good English both in speaking and writing
