EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Bachelor or above in related major
* Three years and above Logistics management experiences. Experiences in multinational companies preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise logistic team to get daily operation requirement and work in continuous　improvement, set up rules and regulations.　
* Follow PO execution status and delivery on time. Ensure the Custom clearance, oversea and local transportation arrangement
* Coordinate with related department to solve all critical issues.
* Develops and monitors the implementation of all policies and practices with regard to material flow and control
* Analysis Order fulfillment status regularly and provide action plan to Operations Director.
* Warehouse 5S management and maintain warehouse in safe environment.
* QAD system maintenance and have system problem be resolved.
* Manage cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy between physical and QAD　stocks and organize annual counting to meet with internal & external Finance audit　requirement.
* Motivate, monitor and supervise subordinators and conduct performance appraisal.
* Any other job assigned by Operations Director.

COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office Suite computer skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Publisher etc
