职位要求：
1.专科以上学历, 机械工程或相关专业。
2.良好的计算机操作技能。
3. 良好的中文和英文沟通能力。
4. 至少3年维修工作经验，至少2年机器改善经验。
5.了解模切机，了解空压机及PLC， 懂电气知识。
6.具有两年以上相关项目运行及维护保养管理经验，具体处理突发事件的能力；有良好的协调能力、沟通能力和亲和力；富有团队精神，有良好的职业道德和职业操守。
职位描述：
1.负责公司维修设备和人员的日常管理，对维修项目的质量、成本、进度、安全等负责，按照经理要求完成统计报表和报告。
2. 及时、高效地诊断并解决生产设备故障，保证生产的顺利进行并做到预防为主；管理关键设备, 确保设备出现故障时得到及时修理。
3. 建立并贯彻落实各项设备管理规范；进行设备的改造, 以避免发生停机现象。
4.培训与指导设备维护技术员和电工，提供设备使用及维修方面的培训, 提高其知识及技能。
5. 协助采购部门进行备品备件的采购和参与设备的选型及招投标工作。
6. 定期对生产设备进行巡检，完成巡检和相关报告。
7. 向外方工程师提供协助, 进行进口设备的调试及改造。
8. 公司要求的其他职责。
