职位描述：
1、负责冲压车间的技术管理，生产管理，保证设备安全有效运行
2、同工程部沟通并分析工艺的合理性，以优化生产效能，提高降低成本的能力
3、出现与生产计划、物料供应、产品发货等相关的问题时，同所有相关部门惊醒必要沟通协调，并采取行动。
4、试运行新产品以支持研发项目
5、上级领导安排的其他任务
岗位要求：
1、男性，大专以上机械或磨具类相关专业学历
2、七年以上精密金属冲压模具设计经验，对精密金属连续级进模具、常规冲床、特殊冲压线等熟悉，冲压产品的模具设计、制造及冲压生产有资深经验
3、三年以上相近或同等职位经验优先
4、对电触头类产品的结构有丰富的设计经验者优先
5、具较强的工作主动性、领导力，领号的沟通协调能力，善于团队合作，能承担较强的工作压力
6、英语能力较好，能与外国工程技术人员沟通
