Job Descriptions：
1.Specification, design, procurement, rollout, support and maintenance of IT systems (client PC, Servers, Storage Systems, LANWAN, phone) for Oetiker Asia Pacific Area.
2.Troubleshooting of IT systems if 1st Level support cannot solve problems, escalation to 3rd Level Support if required.
3.Operation of IT infrastructure in Tianjin and all trading / sales offices in the Asia Pacific Area (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hongkong, Yokohama [Japan], Seoul [South Korea]).
IT infrastructure includes the hardware, operating system, as well as Microsoft Base Services like Exchange, Active Directory, FilePrint Services, SQL.
4.Operate and support the central IT infrastructure (SAP based in Horgen, Switzerland) during local business hours as member of a global IT team.
5.Excellent knowlege of Microsoft Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, SQL 2005 / 2008, Remote Desktop Services 2008,VMWare, Storage systems, at least 5 years experience in a multinational enterprise.
6.Good knowledge and multiyear experience with LAN / WAN / phone technology.
7.Preferably knowledge in operation of SAP systems (SAP Basis).
8.International travel might occur occasionally.　

Job Requirements:
1.Proficiency in English and Chinese, further languages are a benefit (e.g. Japanese, Korean, German).
2.Strong academic record of achievement from reputable university.
3.Multiyear experience with IT systems design, setup and operations (at least 5).
4.Active involvement in international projects, project management experience.
5.Formal training for Microsoft Server, Microsoft Operating Systems (Win 7), VMWare successfully completed.
