岗位职责:

客户 Client
? 提供令客户满意并有益于公司的解决方案
Satisfies our client with solutions that can also benefit Sodexo:
? 参与准备年度关系计划
Participates in preparing Annual Relationship Plan
? 根据地区总监确定的频率,与客户定期会面并递交客户报告;上交地区总监客户会议记录
Meets Client regularly and submits report to Client, follows the frequency defined by RD. Submits Client meeting minutes to RD.
? 参加客户方膳食委员会会议,并审核部门经理提供的会议记录
Attends all Client food committees and validates the meeting minutes prepared by the UM
? 了解客户期望,响应客户要求
Understands expectations of Client, responses to Clients' requirements
? 理解并推广索迪斯带给客户的价值
Understands and promotes the value that Sodexo bring to Client
? 确保实际营运与合同条款一致。若有出入,需向地区总监汇报
Ensures operation in line with contract terms, informs RD if the operation reality differs from contract
? 应对突发事件并提出行动计划
Be reactive and provides action plan in case of incident.
? 关注客户动态和变化,并通知事业部和职能支持部门的相关人员
Be aware of new moves and evolution of Client, and informs relevant people in BU and SF
? 领导新合同的开张工作(见营运必做客户篇)
Leads the mobilization of new contracts opening (See Client Incontournable)

顾客 Customers
? 开餐时间段内定期视察部门,控制服务质量及稳定性,
Regularly visit the site during service time, controls the quality and consistency of service
? 引导提供由核心产品和品牌产品组成的混合餐饮产品,包括使用品牌可见度工具(如标识)
Leads the implementation of appropriate mix of offers made of core and branded offers, including customer visibility tools (i.e. signage).
? 按事业部要求,确保食品研发部门制定的索迪斯品牌和餐饮产品在营运点现场的完整体现
Ensures the integrity of Sodexo brand and offers at site as defined by Food Offer Marketing department under BU requirements.
? 与地区总监和食品研发部门一起参与提议及制定:菜单、菜谱、特殊菜肴及食品推广活动
Takes part with Regional Director and/or Food Offer Marketing Department in the proposition and definition of Menu program, Recipes, Special dishes, Food promotions
? 理解客户的期望,按照与客户协商的频率进行顾客调研,频率不得低于1年2次
Understands expectations of Customers and manages the customer survey at a frequency agreed with Client, with a minimum target of 2 surveys per year
? 根据调研结果和部门经理,部门厨师长一起制定行动计划
Analyzes survey results and defines the action plan with UM/UC following survey result
? 确保部门经理在规定时间内,以正确的方式回复投诉。处理部门经理和部门厨师长未解决的投诉
Ensures that complaints have been replied by UM in due time and in a right way. Handles outstanding complaints

业务发展 Business development
? 在现有客户现有的服务中增长业务,与客户沟通时,识别长期和临时的服务机会
Grows existing foodservices with existing Clients, in particular by identifying permanent and temporary service opportunities when meeting the Client
? 在现有客户内开发新的餐饮服务,与客户沟通时发现机会
Develops new foodservices with existing Clients, in particular by identifying opportunities when meeting the Client
? 在现有客户内推广设施管理服务,并将信息与地区总监沟通
Promotes the development of FM services with existing Clients, and ensures they are communicated to RD.
? 参与发展新客户,包括:支持业务发展团队并领导部门经理和部门厨师长支持销售进程,特别是参与销售进程的最后阶段:准备部门参观参观并培训部门经理介绍日常营运
Takes part in development of new Clients. For that, supports Business Development team and manages his/her UM/UC to support also selling process; in particular takes part on the final steps of the selling process: prepares for Sodexo site visit and briefs UM for the introduction of the daily operation.
? 与业务发展人员充分沟通新营运点的开张事宜,并在合同开张一个月后和业务发展人员及客户召开分析总结会议
Fully communicates with BD for the opening of new site and sets up analysis meeting with BD and Client after one month operations
? 提供相关市场和竞争对手信息 (见市场情报流程)
Provides relevant information on market and competitors to RD (See market intelligence process)

人力资源及管理 HR and Management
? 管理团队,帮助他们建立并发展服务精神,团队精神和进取精神
Manages his/her team and helps them to develop Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress.
? 为部门经理和部门厨师长设定目标,管理 目标完成情况并进行年度业绩评估
Sets up objectives for his/her UM/UC, and manages them to achieve the objectives. Makes yearly performance assessment for each UM/UC.
? 为完成公司目标,带领团队制定行动计划。如出现问题,施以警告
Guides his/her team to make action plan in order to achieve the company target, gives them warning in case of problem.
? 定期与部门经理和部门厨师长召开集体会议
Manages regular collective meeting with UM/UC
? 识别有潜质的员工,并向地区总监和人力资源部门推荐
Identifies staff with talent, and then introduces them to RD & OHR.
? 保证“储备部门经理”在实景中学其所需
Guarantees the "Potential UM" is in real-life-situations that fit with what he has to learn.
? 培养有潜质的主管成为部门经理或部门厨师长
Integrates supervisors with potential to become UM / UC
? 遵循地区总监和运营人事经理的计划,参与新进部门经理的入职培训和融合
Following RD & OHR plan, participates to induction and integration of new UM,

财务管理和汇报 Financial Management & Reporting
? 带着进取精神制订每个营运点的目标和预算并提交地区总监确认。
Proposes site by site budgets & forecasts for validation to his/her RD with spirit of progress.
? 根据合同条款,负责销售额,部门利润,客户帐期等预算目标的完成,负责新点的开张及其它索迪斯中国执行管理委员会可能为区域经理制定的关键业绩指标。
Accountable for the achievement of the budgets in terms of Sales, FC, Client payments in line with contract terms, new site opening, and for other Key Performance Indicators that may be defined by Sodexo China Executive Committee for AM.
? 确保营运点的经济财务数据和报告的准确性、及时性和连续性,控制各种餐饮产品的销售额的确认和利润。一旦认定IC卡系统(无论由客户方还是索迪斯提供)数据有错误,立即通知地区总监,地区财务部和IT支持部门经理
Ensures & validates accuracy, timeliness & consistency of site economic and financial data & reports, in particular control the recognition of sales and margin by offer. In case POS / IC Card systems (provided by the Client or Sodexo) deficiencies are identified, informs immediately RD and regional finance & IT help desk managers.
? 向地区总监汇报区域财务指标完成情况,如未达标,提出行动方案
Reports Area financial performance to RD, and proposes action plan in case of non performance.
? 根据预算与行动计划为部门经理或部门厨师长制定财务指标
Gives to UM/UC financial targets that are aligned with Budget and action plans

质量管理 Quality
? 确保所有部门经理及部门厨师长理解索迪斯质量标准(营运必做)意义和重要性(营运必做)并保证其实施
Makes sure all his/her UM & UC understands the importance and the meaning of all Sodexo quality standards (Incontournables) and guarantees implementation in his/her area.


任职要求:

1. 大专或以上学历
College degree or above
2. 5年以上的服务行业工作经验
Five years and above working experience in service industry
2年以上经理级岗位管理经验
Two years and above working experience on manager position
3. 餐饮服务管理技能
Managing skills in catering service
熟悉损益管理控制
Familiar with managing profit & loss and controlling the levers of impact & risks
4.良好的服务和团队意识
Good service and team spirit
5. 较强的口头及书面沟通能力
Strong communication skills both in oral and writing
6. 多团队协调与管理能力
Strong management skills on multi-service teams
7. 较强的分析总结能力
Ability to analyze and synthesize
8. 解决问题的能力
Problem solving skills
9. 熟练的电脑办公软件(Word,Excel)操作能力
Solid computer skills (office software – word, excel)
10. 良好的英语听说读写能力
