岗位职责：

1、安排总裁工作日程，办理总裁日常工作相关事宜；
2、组织总裁相关会议活动，准备会议材料、撰写会议纪要及相关文字材料；
3、处理与传递总裁相关文件、信函、工作指令等；
4、负责对总裁布置的工作进行督办及反馈；
5、负责总裁相关来电、来访的预约、接待；
6、配合总裁处理对外公共关系。

任职要求：

1、女性，形象好，大学本科学历，中文、英语、行政管理等相关专业；
2、具有较强的文字功底及英文书写能力，能起草各类文书；
3、熟悉商务礼仪，英文流利，能灵活处理各种接待工作；
4、诚实可靠，责任心强，有一定的总裁意图贯彻力度。
