主要职责：
1、负责公司测试团队的组建，编制相应测试规范、制度；
2、负责审批产品的测试计划、测试方案、测试报告等；
3、对测试中发现的问题进行分析、定位，提出改进建议并评估改进结果；
4、负责测试团队的能力培养，对测试工程师进行培训。

任职要求：
1、大学本科学历，专业不限；
2、熟悉常用检测设备的原理及操作，能熟练运用DOE及其他质量工具进行试验设计和数据分析；
3、熟练使用Office及数据分析软件；
4、十年及以上机械类或医疗器械产品测试工作经验，有中级质量工程师资质优先。
