Key Responsibilities:

-Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; ensuring that the production is cost effective;

- Working out the human and material resources needed; drafting a timescale for the job; estimating costs and setting the quality standards;

- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control program;

-Supervising and motivating a team of workers; liaising among different departments;

- Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;

-Other relevant jobs assigned by the company.




Skills, Knowledge and Attitude for Job:

- Bachelor or Master Degree. Major in chemical process or mechanical engineering, plastic molding background is preferred.

-Experience in PVC , PUR and or PE processing and handling

- More than 5 years similar experience. Over 35 years old.

- Good English (both verbal and written)- German is an advantage

- Motivated, Leadership, Self driven personality, Team player.

- Willing to travel.

- Have passion to develop and to innovate.
