l 岗位职责
1、管理现有的和开发在亚洲的新客户以及建立经销商基地，驱动销售TENAX土工合成材料产品；
2、转变至新的业务方面，为TENAX制定高水平的技术解决方案(设计院、工程顾问、项目业主、国家标准当局)；
3、小团队间的合作·(两个区域销售经理和一个技术营销支持)在亚洲和与主要技术办公室，总部位于意大利；
4、准备、审核和批准报价；
5、促进和提供土工技术培训和研讨Tenax解决方案,服务和创新产品；
6、定期提交关于正在进行新项目,竞争对手的活动、市场趋势的报告。
7、准备一个年度的计划和实施策略来达到目标

l 教育和经验(按优先顺序排列)
1、学士或硕士学位,土木工程优先,地质或工程造价专业；
2、工作经验：5年以上技术和销售工作经验建筑和基础设施相关产品方面
3、对市场营销工作有较深刻了解,熟练操作办公软件和办公 自动化设备
4、土工合成材料和土工技术应用的知识优先
5、在工程顾问、总承包商和建筑公司方面有丰富的工作经验
6、在政府资助的基础设施项目经验,公开的招标方面有经验

POSITION
The Sales Engineer Geo is a newly created function, reporting to the General Manager Asia based at Shanghai office and working in direct cooperation with the head of the Geotechnical Business worldwide. Extensive travelling is required.
The Sales Engineer Geo will promote TENAX capabilities and solutions for geotechnical applications to the Consultant-Specifiers, Distributors and General Contractors.
He/she will identify, select and technically support the specialist Distributors and Agents with whom TENAX wants to develop loyal partnerships in each country and region.
The Sales Engineer Geo will be the key player to select the right technical opportunities for a successful and profitable expansion of the business.
He/she will follow-up all the projects and requests from the market, evaluating their feasibility and managing the preliminary design in complete autonomy.
The Sales Engineer Geo will plan and implement promotional actions to support distributors, including trade show attendance, meetings organization, publications etc.


OBJECTIVES

Manage the existing and develop new customers/distributors base to technically drive sales of TENAX geosynthetics in Asia
Promote at high level TENAX technical solutions to decision makers (design institutes, engineering consultants, project owners, national standard authorities) to convert in new business
Cooperate with a small team (two Regional Sales Managers and one Technical Marketing support) in Asia and with the Main Technical Office headquartered in Italy
Prepare, review and approve quotations
Promote and provide to Geotechnical markets technical training and seminars about Tenax solutions, services and innovative products
Submit regular reports on ongoing and new projects, competitors activity, market trends
Prepare a yearly plan and implement strategies to achieve targets


PROFILE

Education and experience (in order of priority):
1) Bachelor or Master degree in civil engineering is more desirable, geology or equivalent to be evaluated
2) Min. 5 years technical and sales experience in construction or infrastructure related products
3) Knowledge of geosynthetics and geotechnical applications preferred
4) Experience in working with engineering consultants, general contractors and construction companies
5) Experience in government funded infrastructure projects, public tenders, bidding process
