Job Purpose 岗位目的:
1.To provide technical support on packaging for routine production, new product introduction and design and commissioning and validation of new packaging equipment.
2.To generate pack component master technical drawing and construction specifications for packaging components.
Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
1.Prioritize work efforts to meet goals.
2.New product transfer-Provide technical support to ensure new product launch on time and also technical transfer implementation
3.Provide the technical drawings of pack materials, including carton, leaflet, label and foil for the creation of artwork design.
4.Provide technical support for pack materials on the process and pack equipment.
5.Technical support provided on projects and routine production issues such as troubleshooting. Manage prompt and effective solutions to technical issues that may arise due to packaging components or processes.
6.Liaise with site artwork specialist on providing accurate technicaldata required to support generation of artwork, ensuring that actions are progressed to completion within agreed time scales.
7.Lead and manage changes on pack section to achieve business objectives
8.Organize new packaging materials trial on the packaging line.
9.Provide technical advice to procurement regarding contacting external equipment suppliers and agencies for spare parts, equipment purchases and service support
Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:
1.Bachelor or above education in engineering, science or pharmaceutical or related background.
2.At least 1 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment The individual need to have working knowledge of engineering technology and pack equipments & materialsengineering technology and pack equipments & materials
3.The individual will to get involved with improvement projects and therefore knowledge and experience about Operational Excellence tools and techniques is preferred.
4.The individual need to have strong coordination and influencing skill.
5.Fluent English communication skill is required.
6.Project management experience is preferred.
