Job Description
Targeting projects, working with senior engineers, and management decision-makers to develop solution to complex engineering problems.
？ Close liaison with engineers and sales professionals at our headquarters in US.
？ Establish and manage relationships with key personnel at target accounts, with the tenacity to maintain focus through long-term projects
？ Provide industry feedback and intelligence to help shape the company marketing and sales strategies, and meet customer’s expectations and requirements. This includes the development/coordination fo Service in cooperation with US office, and development of a sales forecast and project tracking within China
？ Must be prepared to travel frequently and extensively within China
？ Provide routine, regular reports of activities, achievements and opportunities in assigned region to MTI. In particular a comprehensive and timely monthly report setting out activities and achievements of the preceding months is required as part of our Group statutory reporting system.
？ Work with independent (non-exclusive) agents as required.
？ Present customer proposals for purchasing requirements and also work with internal teams and external vendors to help in the process
？ Provide direction for customer service to existing customers
？ Host and entertain customers as required
？ Assist with marketing activities
？ Attend and assist with trade shows

Requirement
1. Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Ability to work independently required, self-starter required
3. Attention to detail
4. Customer service and sales techniques
5. Computer literate (MS Office, email and internet/intranet)
6. Good communication and problem solving skills
7. Experience in engineering, operations, or sales support in areas of metal processing, tool and die, machine tool industry, and machine industry is preferred
8. Professional demeanor, appearance and dress
9. Good time management skills
10. Capable of working with little or no supervision
11. Can work accurately and efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
