General Job Description
Be responsible for the account management and development in the region; support the proper strategy build up both from BA and region needs through marketing research and promotion in China to fulfil the business development objective in China.
1、Build up the HH market insight (including players, customer profiles & developments, etc.) and support BA director to initiate
the proper update of strategy and prospective in CN market (Top 20 customers, Niche business, new customers, etc.)
2、Search for potential customers, build relationships and qualify the customers and opportunities with efficient follow-up
3、Make specific focus on X-V opportunities in China, define the potential customers, specify the detail demands and support BA director to work out the detail promotion and sales plan of X-V in China
4、Daily management of the existing HH accounts in China, be the main interface and overall responsible person for the local accounts to ensure the aligned communication and sufficient supports towards customers
5、Give sufficient supports to the global accounts in China via tight communication with the Global KAM
Co- driver for value proposition and selling as well as new opportunities investigation in relation of local customer development, market trends and new market, etc., and keep good internal sharing routine with the local and global team
6、Prepare key account plans for each major account, and the running forecast with short and long horizon, keep regular follow-up with BA team
7、Provide input to budget and follow up on accounts and sales performance for the accounts
8、Initiate and close yearly negotiations for volume and price for the responsible accounts; prepare and close long term agreements with the major accounts.
9、Define and describe new product opportunities and help to set-up proper project cooperation between customer & manufactory, push for the project result convert to business
Requirements and Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above in major of Electronics/ mechanics or Refrigeration, supplementary with a business of administration or similar will be preferred
2、Minimum 3 years working experiences in sales and marketing areas with direct responsibility of key account management and development
3、Technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics is necessary and knowledge in refrigeration and compressors is preferred
4、Well organized and extroverted, interested in working with people and seeking opportunities,
Good at communication both in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
5、A team player and good organizer with international mind-set
6、Accept travelling 80-100days per year.
7、Location is preferable to be in TJ/BJ

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China. The factory in Wuqing occupies 33000m2.
