Job Description: 工作描述

Cleans, assembles and brazes steel and/or matrix bits within process specifications. Includes the use of manual brazing techniques for new or repairable bits in a product center or remote repair facility.

按照工艺规范对刚体，碳化物钻头进行清洁，组装和铜焊。包括在产品中心或钻头维修工厂运用手工氧气乙炔焊铜焊技术制造和修理钻头。

Primary Responsibilities: 主要职责

·Cleans bit crowns or repairable bits, and their required components.

清洁可维修的钻头和要求的部件。

·Assembles components for braze following proper engineering specifications.

按照工艺规范要求组装钻头。

·Completion of heating cycles and proper operation of brazing equipment.

完成加热和正确的铜焊设备的操作。

·Use of O.D. micrometers and other applicable measuring equipment.

O.D环规和其它测量工具的应用。

·Keeps work area clean after each workday.

保持工作区域整洁。

·Qualified under one of the following torch braze processes:

FCPS-001, FCPS-002, FCPS-008, FCPS-009, FCPS-010, FCPS-011 or FCPS-022

按照工艺程序认证合格。

·Use of oxyacyletene torch.

使用氧气乙炔焊枪。

·Other duties as assigned.

其它分配的工作。

HSE Responsibilities: HSE的要求

·Observes safety regulations, wears required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to Management.

·Adheres to all HSE requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 知识，技能，能力

Education: Graduated in Professional occupational school or a collage diploma of science

学历：职专或理科大专学历

Skill: Be proficient in oxyacyletene torch operation and qualified.

技能：精通氧气乙炔焊操作并持有安全操作证。

Experience： Minimum 2 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

经验：最少两年的制造工厂经验.。

Priority : 优先权

Be good at oxyacetylene torch operation with two years experience at least that will be given priority to. And the certificate is necessary.

擅长氧气乙炔焊接技术，有两年工作经验的人选将优先录用。并且必须持有气焊安全操作证。

Additional Requirements: 附加要求

·Must be able to lift and pull 50 pounds.

必须能够举起或提起50磅（23公斤）重物。

·Must have the ability to read and follow engineering drawings.

必须能够阅读和遵循工程图纸。

·Must have the ability to communicate proficiently in the English language.

必须有英文沟通能力

·Must be able to physically operate required equipment.

必须能够实际操作要求的设备

·Must have good color vision
