Job Description

Effective and efficient management and operations of hospital facilities

Responsibilities

1. Provide overall management of hospital facilities including maintenance, engineering, housekeeping and biomedical engineering, ensure all these departments function in a cost-effective and smooth manner

2. Provide expert knowledge in facility management administration, technical, and management issues

3. Conducts inspections of the facility to review operations, note deficiencies, and to implement improvement techniques to services and operations where needed

4. Conduct annual departmental budget; monitor and ensure adherence to budget; evaluate and control maintenance and other miscellaneous costs

5. Ensure facilities management plan is implemented in compliance with JCI standards and government regulations

6. Provide work assignment, training and performance evaluations to all managers and supervisors in facilities department

7. Other tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements

1. College degree in engineering

2. Over 10 years of relevant working experience, minimum 5 years as a team leader.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

4. Good team leadership, experienced in staff management,

5. Sound knowledge of related legislations and compliance with JCI standard

6. Good command of English
