Job Description

Issue check and cash for approved payments. Prepare daily cash reports and other related cash and bank statements.

Responsibilities

1. Issue check and cash for approved payments

2. Collect/register and check approved payments and deposit to bank

3. Daily monitoring of cash and bank accounts

4. Management reports specific to cash and bank disbursements

5. Prepare statistic report

6. Audit support specific to cash and bank accounts

7. Any other tasks/projects as assigned by accounting manager

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree plus 3 + years’ working experience in accounting

2. Must be adept in all forms of communication

3. Must be able to interact well with colleagues and handle any problems that arise regarding the cash and bank payments

4. Must be able to work well under pressure

5. Good computer skills

6. Good communication ability
