职位描述
职责:
1.熟练掌握原材料,产品检验及过程检验的相关规程和规定, 严格按检验规范进行进货、过程、换模检验和最终产品检验和测试,
认真作好检验记录.
2.熟悉加工的各个环节及控制要点,对检验产品质量负责,生产过程中巡检时发现重大不合格时,及时向主管人员汇报.
3.及时作好检验/试验标识、隔离.
4.负责每日问题质量产品的确认和记录,并将结果记录交给相关人员.
5.检验用检具和设备的日常维护.
6.配合工程师的工作,完成上级交给的各项任务.
要求:
1.熟悉铸件和机加工产品的检验.
2.熟悉检验量具的使用.
3.三年以上机械产品检验经验.
