Role Summary/Purpose
This is a first-line management position responsible for private hospital sector, and managing the activities of Sales Representatives / Account Managers. This position is also responsible for attaining sales objectives of the responsible private hospitals, managing the direct sale of the organization’s products.
Essential Responsibilities
• Setting up key target market by exploring and understanding the general outline of private hospital nationwide. • Analyzing the market potential for target private hospitals and staffing the appropriate sales according to potential and geography status • Establishing a sound price management system for private hospital to take good control of the product price nationwide • Good internal communication with below different parts: o Marketing team: Get resources from the Marketing team, organize and hold academic conferences according to the needs of the market o Sales team (Regional Sales Manager / Zone Sales Manager / Sales Rep): Generate the attention and support from local sales to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction within planned budget o Commercial Operations team: Cooperate and get support from commercial operations team on commercial rebate o Finance team: Present a feasible cooperation plan and legitimate reasons for price cut when there is a price adjustment • Equipping the team as the expertise in private company sector and find the most suitable cooperation mode and focus in this field • Achieve the sales target assigned by company • Complete all planned Compliance training within the defined deadlines • Identify and report any compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor / Master’s Degree• Pharmaceutical or medical majors preferred• Minimum of 5~8 years of experience in managing a team• Marketing skills and experience• Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment• General comprehension of English language
