Report to: China Logistics Head

Location: Tianjin

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, business administration, or industrial technology,

Min 8 years’ working experience in logistics industrial, experience in foreign invest company is a must.

Min 3 years’ managerial experience as a Warehouse Head

Familiar with Warehouse & Inventory management

Familiar with WMS

Good command of English

Good command of Computer operation skills

Good communication Skills

Good supervisory & training skills

Responsibility:

Monitor performance of the RDC (costs calculation, budgeting and its performance)

Manage maintenance supply and purchasing (search for the partners, draw up contracts, co-ordinate the activities over the contract, place orders, co-ordinate making the reports, analysis orders' performance and delivery results)

Manage warehousing (monitor the inventory, anticipate the future needs, allocate the resources, calculate warehouse expenses)

Keep inventory holdings safe and observe the rules of storage, keep in order the fire extinguisher

Control over accounting and reporting of the stock operations

Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff
