Responsibilities:
1、Manage site warehouse daily operations of inbound and outbound deliveries executed timely and efficiently including labor force assignment, process evaluation, HSE affairs, coordination with 3rd parties and other departments
2、Support HSE&S related affairs implementation within warehouse team. Strictly follow the HSE policy and product stewardship requirements, training of personnel involved with respect to the specific risks during handling warehouse operation. Ensure a safe working environment for people involved in warehouse operation (including external partners on site operation).
3、Support normative business running procedure, adequately use existing resource and actively develop new resource in order to ensure high quality work and insure all materials, products can be stocked and moved efficiently and safely.
4、Guide and supervise underlings to ensure warehouse work can be fulfilled smoothly and run normally including inventory management & inspection, raw materials & packages receive and finished products issue, loading and unloading activities.
5、Guide and supervise underlings to ensure effective communication with related people within logistics department, customer service and other related departments to ensure the best fulfillment of orders delivery. Identify areas for improvement and implement using standard work processes and SAP. Responsible for warehouse related OFI, identify the root cause, fix the problem and find solution.
6、Support for inventory management, ensure the physical stock matches well with system data and coordinate with finance to carry out regular physical count.
7、Coordinate with maintenance department for warehouse facilities maintenance. Guide and supervise underlings carry out warehouse regular inspection to ensure warehouse facilities to be used efficiently and safely 8、Other tasks assigned by warehouse supervisor
Requirements:
1、Above Bachelor degree.
2、More than two years of experience in warehouse operation fields. Have relative knowledge of DG handling. A good knowledge of the chemical industry conditions and logistics would be a strong advantage.
3、Good English skill both writing and or verbal.
4、Disciplined behaviour, flexible and stress stable personality, team player.
5、Good analytical capabilities and computer skills. 6、Good communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with various levels effectively within the organization.
