职位描述
1. Provide daily communication and correspondence to customer on all issues related.
2. To group monitor and manage material requirements in both quantity and pricing to ensure company profit as well as customer satisfaction.
3. To act as a coordinator between customers and the company's inter department personnel to ensure optimum customer's required standards and needs.
4. To managing the account with support team, such as engineering, material control, test engineers and purchasing.
5. To review the delivery and material status, expediting the delivery of goods and raw material.
6. To release customer purchase order into the system, update delivery schedule, negotiate the delivery schedule and order confirmation.
7. To develop the existing customer, introduction of new project, cost reduction program and product change.
8. To prepare and provide new quotations and revise quotations to potential /new /current customers upon requests.
9. To schedule / control / forecast weekly and monthly monitoring captioned issues to ensure smooth production to meet sales target.
10. To initiate debit and credit note requisitions for account department to proceed further as well as to assist account department to follow up outstanding issues when required.
1. 1-2 years experience in EMS business
2. Good command on communication in English
3. Engineering background with business administration degree, Bachelor degree of Electrical of Engineering;
4. Good negotiation and presentation skills
