职位描述
负责品质保障部的工作，确保所有的流程被很好地执行，包括来料加工检验，客户质量跟进及协调。
向管理层提供质量体系运行情况的报告作为评审改进体系的依据。
通过持续改进的过程改进并保持公司的质量体系。负责制定预防不合格品的措施，培训本部门员工以提高其工作效率。
向生产部门、SNE、文件控制及独立审核作业指导书的员工提供技术培训。
阻止不符合工艺流程或不可靠工艺的产品的生产，并提出修改措施以实现持续改进的目标并达到客户的满意。
协助管理层代表进行ISO9001,ISO14001,TS16949和其他国际质量标准的实施。
确保已根据国际质量标准和客户要求建立实施并保持质量。
监督并协助失效测试分析和流程分析。
本科以上学历；英文听说读写熟练；身体健康；8年以上EMS外企制造业工作经验，一年以上管理经验；了解ISO9001、SPC、流程设计、IPC 610、600标准，有内部审核经历、具备解决问题的能力。

In order to cope with the rapid expansion of business, SVI Electronics (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 in TEDA. The total investment is USD10 million and the main products are SMT, PCB and other electronic products. Therefore, we are looking for qualified candidates to join to develop with us together.
