Global Payments and Cash Management

As more corporate and institutional clients continue to consolidate their banking activities with the introduction of payments and cash management services, the potential growth of this business is substantial. Our customers view our regional client service proposition as a key element in deciding with whom to mandate their business.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of BB Senior Sales Manager PCM HBCN (Team Leader).

In this role, you will:

·Lead the sales team to provide tailored solutions to meet the requirements domestic and regional cash management needs of BB clients, through consultative selling approach.

·Devise and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to deliver financial results and ensure growth in business franchise.

·Provide coaching, guidance and training to sales team to build up their knowledge and experience.

·Maintain regular dialogue with corporate treasurers, industry specialists, regulator as well as alliance bank partners to keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the cash management marketplace.

·Promote HSBC’s PCM capabilities internally and externally in order to improve awareness of the PCM business and generate business leads. Communicate market developments to relationship managers and product teams on an ongoing basis through close working relationship.

·Ensure smooth transition of cash management wins from sales to implementation.

·Ensure service quality and profitability meet client and bank expectations, through monitoring and reviewing service levels and business gains.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Bachelor degree holder or above (recognized by the state)

·Minimum 10 years’ related RM or cash sales experiences in international banks, of which minimum 5 years’ managerial experiences

·Solid knowledge on PCM business and market intelligence

·Strong people management skills

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·Fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese languages
