Global Risk

Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Senior CCR Officer/AVP - CCR Approval.

In this role, you will:

·To implement personal credit guidelines and policy, make sound and timely credit assessment and approval, and control credit risk of all personal loan applications

·To facilitate personal credit business performance monitoring

·To enhance staff knowledge on personal credit and develop subordinates (if any)

·To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·University graduate or above (recognized by the state);

·At least 5 years' working experience in banking industry with solid exposure in retail

·In-depth understanding of regulation requirement

·Good analytical skills and able to work independently

·Proficient in written and oral English

·Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable and committed

·Positive working attitude and team work spirit
