职位描述：
-负责线上产品签约客户的售后技术支持，解决客户在使用中遇到的各种问题；
-负责培训员工线上产品、掌握售卖特点和流程；
-负责线上产品资料的整理和撰写工作；

-负责线上产品售前支持工作，协助销售人员获得合同；
-关注竞争对手同类相关产品的动向，撰写对比文档并提出改进建议。

任职要求：

- 大专学历，计算机及相关专业优先；

- 具有优秀的团队合作精神，富有亲和力及强烈的服务意识；

- 有责任心，较强的沟通能力，书面、口头的表达能力优秀；

- 熟练使用office及办公软件。
