Job Description:
- Project quotation;
- Supply chain management and inventory control;
- Preparation of sales report, sales memo, etc. both in English and Chinese
- Preparation of sales meeting agenda and take meeting minutes;
- Appointment scheduling; daily schedule and business trip schedule;
- Translation from English to Chinese and vice versa;
- Action plan follow-up;
- Coordination between different departments and outlets.
- Other ad-hoc administrative/assistant work assigned.
