职位描述
This position is responsible to plan, execute, monitor and manage Professional Service and Consultant performance of Retail Solutions in China. Work with Management team to ensure the Professional Service organization is effectively able to drive and support in aligning Wincor Nixdorf retai solutions to customers or partner's business objectives. Ensure through resource and time management that existing opportunities are properly staffed and that the region has scale and skill sets to support these opportunities. Also has responsibility to work with Product Specialist and Delivery from country, ASP and HQ to ensure appropriate collaboration on Professional Services opportunities to achieve properly qualified customer or partner expectations.
？ Customer Focus: Oversee optimization of the overall customer/partner experience of Retail Solutions in China
？ Financial Targets: Meet or exceed Wincor Nixdorf 's stated financial quotas and targets
？ Internal Business Processes: Demonstrate proficiency with Wincor Nixdorf's internal processes, systems and support structure
？ Professional Development: Demonstrate increasing proficiency and skill cross organization
？ Leadership, Teamwork and Planning: Mobilize and effectively run and develop direct and virtual team(s)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1． More than 10 years of working experience in the IT Industry with a focus on software development, solution design, solution sales and project management.
2． More than 5 years people management experience.
3． At least 2 years PM experience.
4． Strong communication skills both verbal and written both in Mandarin and English..
5． Strong leadership, planning, execution and the ability to manage in a virtual team environment.
6． Experience in aligning strategy, programs and initiatives across a diverse sales organization.
7． Strong customer face selling skill and bid deal handle experience
8． Strong solution selling and engagement skill and experience in IT/consulting business
9． Complex business program handle experience across sales, marketing, finance, service, and delivery function.
EDUCATION
Bachelor degree or above in computer or information technology.
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
PMP certification.
Retail industry know-how and experience much prefeerd.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Globle Company or oversea working experience is much preferred.
