Responsibility
1.Responsible for the overall implementation and management of Group/National Loss Prevention (LP), Flag Store and IntelliQ programmes to reduce shrinkage
2.Provides overall support and guidance to the regional LP teams to implement and manage Group and National LP projects-drive and amalgamate cost and impact analysis
3.Ensures consistent delivery of cost-effective LP solutions, superior security services and anti-theft products to drive down shrinkage
4.Manages the Store Physical Security Standard and vetting processes to ensure compliance
5.Continuous review and revision of store cash protection procedures to mitigate ongoing threats
6.Working with regional LP teams to continuously develop and enhance LP analytics; collects, assesses and disseminates LP intelligence, identifies risks and loopholes that may affect the profitability of or pose threats to the business and undertake counter measures
7.Fosters strong partnerships with business units and regions, particularly Internal Audit and Finance in reducing shrinkages
8.Prepares management metrics, risk and trend analysis and reports and presentations
9.Manages the city and store risk profiles and produces monthly risk maps and processes for risk based security checking
10.Develops, manages and delivers LP training materials
11.Supports Regional and DC teams in developing and managing LP team performance tracking processes.
Qualification:
1.8 plus years experience in retail security, preferably in a rapid growth environment
2. Deep knowledge of LP/Physical Security programmes, checking and tracking processes and proven track record in reducing retail shrinkages
3.Significant experience in managing and analyzing suspicious transactions, shop-theft and loss incidents (internal and external)
4.Demonstrated ability to coordinating research and communications efforts related to checking, loss trends, threats and incidents; developing and communicating security procedures to be integrated into operational functions
5.Demonstrated skills to negotiate with leaders in other areas with competing interests and/or responsibilities
6.A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7.Ability to prepare clear and concise metrics / analytical reports-both English and Chinese
8. Ability to analyze and evaluate procedures and workflows and formulate recommendations
9.University degree or above
10.Relevant professional qualifications on Loss Prevention or Investigation
11.Law enforcement, civil, administrative or criminal investigation experience
12.Experience with EAS, video systems, alarms, and access control
