职位描述
1. Brief Description
This position is to provide standard services to both internal & external customers as they required per company policy, so as to ensure the customer satisfaction and retention as a qualified customer service should do.
2. Key Result Areas
To ensure customer satisfaction and retention
To have the profound knowledge of APL business as well as the shipping industry
To handle various issues independently with professional problem solving skills
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
1). Maintain good relationship with external customers via phone conversation
2). Implement Direct Booking procedure in line with received timeline and guidelines
3). Coordinate with both internal and external customers to smooth cargo loading process
4). Shipment tracing and follow up activities.
5). Handle various customer inquiries with excellent customer service
6). VIP account follow up
4. Incumbent specification
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experiences: 2-3 years working experience with shipping lines
Skill Sets: Good command of both spoken and written in English, Understand shipping regulations
Desired competencies (typical): Shipping Related Knowledge
Desired competencies (nice to have): team work, listening and communication skill, product knowledge, customer knowledge
