Responsibility:

1.Recruitment:
Handle with recruitment and resume selection, organize interview and related process.

2.Employment and Termination:
Implement new staff on board process and termination process including orientation, Labor Contract, arrange probation interview,and work as window contact Fesco for relevant procedure. .

3.Attendance management:
Keep record of attendance and overtime data and make relevant report for management team.Register personal card and maintain attendance system effectively.

4.Labor Relations:
Implement and explain company policy to employee. Communicate with employee on HR policy, internal regulation, leave and overtime, staff manual, collect and deal with complaints in order to harmonize relations and improve employee satisfaction.

5.ISO Activity:
Follow up ISO internal audit, customer satisfaction survey, vendor management survey. Complete related reports and corrective actions timely, support external audit with China headquarter.

Collect Business procedure and contract documents, update ISO database and keep in file in order to run ISO system effectively.

6.Other tasks as assigned by manager.


Requirement:

1.Major on Human Resource management or related, familiar with HR knowledge and at least one year's experience in HR.

2.Good English ability and IT skills. Be good at Chinese writing and announcement drafting.

3.Positive, open minded and high responsibility.
