Our company is manufacturing and selling specialized high end machinery for mechanical separation of liquids and dry materials. This machinery is used in water treatment, food, pharmaceutical and oil refining industry. In our industry we are the innovation leader. For our china operation which is developing fast, we are looking for a Sales Director.


Responsibility & Function:
- Responsible for all sales activities incl. expanding, leading, coaching and monitoring the sales department.
- Increase sales and profitability
- Close cooperation with German technical director and management in Germany.
- Regular reporting in Sales meetings with head office.
- Responsible for sales budgets; provide gap analysis, forecasts, and action plans.
- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan.
- Set – up and extension of a distributor’s network if determined as strategic goal.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master Degree. Major in mechanical, process or chemical engineering.
- Strong practical experience required.
- Successful track record in technical sales as well as in team management.
- More than 10 years in managerial position in machine building.
- Over 35 years old.
- Good English (both verbal and written)
- Motivated, Leadership, Self-driven personality, Team player.
- Willing to travel in China

-愿意长期出差。
