Role Summary/Purpose
This exciting opportunity supports the Healthcare Services business and our end customers at hospitals and clinics. As a Program Integrator (PI) for Global Parts & Repair Solutions (GPRS), you will serve as the interface between GPRS & engineering, aiding in the development of service spares strategy on New Product Introductions (NPI’s) & implementing changes for the Installed Base via engineering change controls. Essential Responsibilities
1.Service/Global Parts involvement for all modality ECR’s (Engineering Change Requests) 2.Drive for $0 financial obsolescence (“trapped” inventory) from engineering changes 3.Achieve 100% service spares readiness for M2/M3 milestones on all NPI’s 4.Continual improvement on part setup process, aiming to reduce cycle time & improve quality of part setup 5.Insure program teams drive post-M3 part quality improvements, ultimately reducing service inventory liabilities 6.Improve internal GRPS rigor/reviews around NPI/ECR-ECO implementations, aiming for seamless introductions through improved communications & interactions. Quality Specific Goals: 1.Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Qualifications/Requirements
1.Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience in Supply chain or Engineering.2.Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills3.Proficient in the soft skills necessary to be an effective project manager 4.Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities5.Negotiation skills/experience6.Proven project management experience in complex environments7.Ability to monitor and manages critical path elements of consolidated projects8.Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments9.Ability to make formal presentations (internal and external)
