Human Resources

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of HR Officer - Branch Reporting HBCN.

In this role, you will:

·Provide guidance for junior team members to produce a variety of regular HR statistics reports & employee record lists etc.;

·Verify the accuracy of regular statistics reports & various employee record lists generated from the system by junior team members;

·Independently generate and process regular statistics reports/returns from Global HR System per Manager’s assignment and guidance, for submission to the bank's Senior Mgmt, Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit, as well as external Banking Regulators, Statistics Bureau.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state), and at least 2 years' work experience in Mgmt Information System and Reporting areas;

·Sound logic thinking and excellent MSOffice skills (esp. Excel, Word, etc);

·Capable and willing to work under pressure and deadlines;
