Human Resources
Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Asst HR Manager - Branch Reporting HBCN.
In this role, you will:
·Draft HR input and replies in response to external regulators' or internal Compliance's requirements under Manager's supervision and guidance;
·Independently handle regulatory inspections/surveys/stats/reports/requests from 20+ branches per Manager's assignment and guidance, by tactically translating regulatory requirements into internal data requests and collecting input from all relevant internal parities;
·Initiate & drive the formulation, discussion & execution of all HR-related regulatory projects and policies, such as Mandatory Leave, Mandatory Job Rotation, People Mgmt and Staff Misconduct Self-Check Campaign etc.;
·Prepare all regulatory filing & application documents for senior managers' appointments.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state), and at least 5 years' work experience in HR or Regulatory Reporting and Mgmt Information;
·Sound logic thinking and numeric reasoning; excellent MSOffice skills (esp. Excel, Word, etc);
·Capable and willing to work under pressure and stressful deadlines;
·A strong risk-conscious mentality and compliance awareness;
·Proven ability to interpret compliance requirements and regulatory spirits into internal policies and action plans.
