Title: Sr. Sales Specialist(高级销售专员）

Responsibilities:
1. 专注于渠道销售，根据公司渠道战略制定工作计划
2. 有效的执行工作计划以确保销售指标的达成
3. 与经销商紧密协作，提高其零售管理，流程及库存控制水平
4. 开发新的经销商，为不同城市制定相应的商业发展计划，协助经销商在新城市的发展，以使门店拥有更好的门店选址和空间
5. 与经销商及门店紧密联系并保持良好关系，有效及合理组织促销，新品上市等活动
6. 制定合理的每月，每星期及每天的工作计划，并使之能被很好的执行

Requirements:
1. 大专以上学历
2. 3年以上销售经验
3. 拥有门店经验，快消品及奢侈品行业经验
4. 独立开发新的渠道和客户及良好的问题处理能力
5. 良好的沟通和谈判能力
6. 团队协作能力
7. 能在压力下工作
8. 熟悉Microsoft Office 办公软件
9. 适应经常出差
