工作职责：
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the work and responsibilities of all maintenance technicians and associated staff to ensure plant production, quality and processes flow smoothly and at minimal cost. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a high performing team by driving company initiatives through the maintenance department. This person interacts with the Plant Manager, Quality Manager, various manufacturing team leads as well as all facilities personnel.

Principle duties & responsibilities include:

Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the rubber industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
? 在橡胶工业最佳实践的基础上启动、实施、管理工厂维护计划，侧重于计划/安排和预防性/预测性维护。

? Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
? 判断工厂设备和系统的运转情况，尽量减少非计划停机时间，及时解决问题并找出改进的机会。

? Build the strong and effective maintenance team by hiring, training, coaching and leading skill.
? 运用招聘、培训、辅导以及领导技能建立高效强大的维护团队。
? Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
? 维护更新本部门操作训练手册。
? Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, health, environmental timely, and cost-effective manner.
? 确保技术人员受到充分的培训、武装；激发他们的工作主动性，使维护方案可以在安全、健康、环保、及时、经济有效的方式下完成。

? Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
? 监控备件，维修用品、设备的使用和存货，必要时进行再采购。

? Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
? 为改善工厂运营和维护相关问题的解决提供报告、分析数据和建议。
? Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
? 跟踪、分析、改进关键维护参数，如：资产利用率、维护成本、生产维护合规性、计划安排等
? Coordinates activities with Plant Operations Departments.
? 与生产运营部门协调沟通。

? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or related field.
? 机械、工业、化学工程或相关专业学士学位
? 10+ years experience in the rubber industry (Mixing, Extrusion, Calendaring,)
? 10年以上橡胶行业工作经验（密炼、挤出、压延）
? Ability to speak English and Mandarin Chinese.
? 精通英语和普通话
? Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
? 可以接受国际差旅。

Desired:优先条件：
? Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
机械，工业或化学工程硕士学位
5+ years technical experience in conveyor belt manufacturing
? 5年以上输送带生产技术经验
Familiarity with Safety, Six Sigma, Lean, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOEx, 8D’s.
? 熟悉安全、六西格玛、精益、产品质量先期策划、失效模式和效果分析、统计过程控制、测量系统分析、DOEx，问题解决等
? Strong PC skills – Excel spreadsheets, Minitab,
