Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1)Develop and implement sales plan, improve sales network to achieve sales target;
制定和执行销售计划，完善营销网络，以完成分公司的销售任务；
2)Manage and develop sales team in order to make business grow continuously;
管理和发展销售队伍，以确保销售业务的持续发展；
3)Improve customer service to achieve the target of employee satisfaction;
通过提供/实现电梯设备安全/稳定运行及通过分公司团体实现维修的价值，提升服务质量，以实现客户的满意度目标；
4)Ensure production, passengers and employee safety;
确保产品,乘客和员工安全；
5)Strengthen employee development to support the operation;
促进员工发展，以满足业务需求；
6)Control cost to achieve financial target;
合理控制费用，以完成公司财务指标；

Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 关键能力、技能和知识

1)Familiar with mechanical-electric product , and sales or field management;
熟悉机电行业产品，销售管理或工程管理；
2)Mature, initiative;
成熟稳重、勇于开拓；
3)Good at systematic thinking;
良好的系统化思考能力；
4)Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and communication skill;
良好的人际技巧，较强的自我激励以及沟通技巧；
5)Be Familiar with PC application;
熟练的电脑操作技能；
6)Fluent English.
流利的英语。

Education Background or Certificate教育背景

-Bachelor or above
本科或以上学历

Work Experience工作经验

Minimum 5 years people management experience;
五年以上团队管理经验；
Minimum 3 years E&E experience.
三年以上电梯行业的相关工作经验。
